Robbie Michaels is a musician, songwriter and audio engineer with over 25 years of experience in mixing and mastering.

Having written numerous original songs, Robbie understands music from both sides of the mixing desk. His experience as a musician and songwriter gives him a genuine appreciation of the creativity, emotion and individuality behind every recording.

As the founder of Glass Onion SoundWorks, Robbie believes that great sound comes from musical understanding, experienced ears and personal collaboration — not automated algorithms.

His aim is to help artists achieve professional results while preserving the character and emotion that make their music unique.

Tom Hellsten

With over 30 years of experience in mixing and mastering, Tom Hellsten brings a wealth of knowledge, technical expertise and musical understanding to Glass Onion SoundWorks.

Having mixed hundreds of songs throughout his career, Tom understands that every recording deserves individual attention. His approach combines decades of practical experience with a passion for helping artists achieve professional, polished results while preserving the character and emotion of their music.
